Common Questions
in Salem County
Where in Salem County do you build new construction homes?
Our Salem County homes are built one at a time on single lots, using our model floor plans. The listings above show each homesite we are marketing here now.
Do you have a community development in Salem County?
Not in Salem County. Our two planned communities, Forest Glen and Hopewell Meadows, are in Cumberland County and are Coming 2027. Neither is on the market yet.
How big are typical new construction lots in Salem County?
Lots here tend to be larger than in most of South Jersey. Several towns require large minimum lot sizes for single-family homes, and acreage parcels are common in Pittsgrove, Upper Pittsgrove, Pilesgrove and Mannington. Ask us about the zoning on a specific lot.
