Common Questions
in Camden County
Where in Camden County do you build new construction homes?
Our work in Camden County is one home at a time on single lots, usually an existing lot or a teardown, using our model floor plans. Buildable lots are more limited here than in the rural counties to the south.
Do you have a community development in Camden County?
Not in Camden County. Our two planned communities, Forest Glen and Hopewell Meadows, are in Cumberland County and are Coming 2027. Nothing is priced and lot selection has not started.
Can I tear down an older home in Camden County and build new construction?
Yes. Replacing an older house is one of the most common kinds of new construction in established towns such as Cherry Hill, Voorhees, Haddon Heights and Haddonfield. It tends to make sense when the house is past renovating and the lot can support the value of a new home. Ask us about a specific property.
