130 senior cottages will go up in stages
Live Well at Vineland, 130 cottages in 80 buildings for adults 65 and older off South Orchard Road, will be built in stages. Vineland's zoning board approved those stages on August 19, and ground has already been broken.
13 new home lots approved in Vineland
Prime Development and Construction LLC has preliminary approval to turn one lot between Walnut Road and Magnolia Road into 14, thirteen of them for single family homes. The board voted 8 to 1 on July 8.
12 homes approved on First Road in Hammonton
Hammonton's Joint Land Use Board approved Total Holdings' plan to turn one lot at 397 S. First Road into 12 single-family homesites, reached by a new street off Grand Street.

How long does new construction take in Cumberland County?
Most builds take 5 to 8 months from signed contract to the town’s approval to move in (the certificate of occupancy), on a homesite that is already approved. Permits, township review, weather and finish choices can change that. Forest Glen and Hopewell Meadows are Coming 2027; nothing is priced and lot selection has not started.
Do you only build single-family homes in Cumberland County?
Our current homes are single-family colonials with 3 or 4 bedrooms, in several model floor plans. Townhomes, condos and multi-family homes are not offered right now. If you have a specific layout in mind, ask us.
