Common Questions
in Gloucester County
Where in Gloucester County do you build new construction homes?
Our Gloucester County homes are built one at a time on single lots, using our model floor plans. The listings above show each homesite we are marketing here now.
Do you have a community development in Gloucester County?
Not in Gloucester County. Our two planned communities, Forest Glen and Hopewell Meadows, are in Cumberland County and are Coming 2027. Neither is on the market yet.
How long does new construction take in Gloucester County?
Most builds take 5 to 8 months from signed contract to the town’s approval to move in (the certificate of occupancy), on a homesite that is already approved. Permits, township review, weather and finish choices can change that.
