Logan Township occupies the northwestern corner of Gloucester County, along the Delaware River, and its defining feature is access. NJ Turnpike Exit 2 and I-295 both serve the township directly, which made it one of the region's main logistics and distribution corridors. For a buyer, that translates into something practical: a large employment base within a few minutes of home, and a genuinely short drive to Philadelphia, Wilmington, or the Delaware Memorial Bridge.
The township is made up of several distinct communities. Bridgeport sits near the river and the Turnpike interchange and is the oldest settled part of the township. Beckett is a large planned residential community on the southern side of the township, laid out in the late 1970s as a conventional suburban neighborhood and now home to roughly five thousand residents. Repaupo remains rural and agricultural. Those three feel like different places, and which one a homesite sits in changes the character of the build considerably.
Logan is also one of the few Gloucester County townships where public water and sewer extend across substantial portions of the residential area. That matters on a new build: it removes well drilling and septic design from the timeline and generally shortens the path from contract to construction.
