The story
Ryan Homes is selling single family homes at Halladay Reserve in Woolwich Township, Gloucester County. Each of the three plans starts at four bedrooms, and the builder says the plans go up to six bedrooms and five bathrooms.
The Ballenger starts at 2,114 square feet, the Columbia at 2,423 and the Hudson at 2,718. Each is listed with at least two full bathrooms, a half bath and a two-car garage.
The builder's page also lists one home it calls a quick move-in: a four-bedroom Hudson with 3,674 square feet, shown as available in February 2027.
The builder describes the location as close to I-295, Route 322 and the New Jersey Turnpike.
