Ryan Homes says Grandview Mews, a townhome community in Monroe Township, is now open and selling. There are two floor plans, the Roxbury and the Roxbury Grande, both two story townhomes. The model home is at 50 Grandview Ave in Williamstown.

The mailing address and the township have different names here. Williamstown is the mailing address; the municipality is Monroe Township, in Gloucester County. New Jersey has another Monroe Township in Middlesex County, an hour and a half away, and a search for new construction in Monroe Township often shows both. The builder lists the Monroe Township School District, and a Census Bureau address search also puts the community in Monroe Township, Gloucester County.

The townhomes run up to 2,463 square feet, with three bedrooms, up to three and a half baths and a one car garage.
