Resolution 9-2026: the Planning Board unanimously found the Carlls Corner study area (Block 1901, fifteen of sixteen listed parcels) qualifies as a Non-Condemnation Area in Need of Redevelopment under NJSA 40A:12-1, and forwarded the finding and the Board Planner's Preliminary Investigation Report to the Township Committee for further action. The Township does not intend to use eminent domain.
